We currently provide delivery across Bangladesh, subject to courier service availability in your location.

Orders are generally delivered within 2–5 business days after confirmation.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Delivery Charges

Applicable delivery charges will be displayed during checkout or communicated before order confirmation.

Cash on Delivery

For eligible orders, no advance payment is required.

When your order arrives:

  1. Check the product in front of the delivery person.
  2. If you are satisfied with your purchase, accept the order.
  3. Pay the applicable amount in cash to the delivery person.

If you do not wish to keep the product, you may return it immediately to the delivery person by paying the applicable delivery charge only, according to our Return Policy.

Delayed or Failed Delivery

If a delivery is delayed or unsuccessful because of an incorrect address, unreachable phone number, customer unavailability, or other customer-related circumstances, we may contact you to arrange another delivery attempt.
